How it works in 5 easy steps
A process that starts with strategy and ends with a stunning website that fully showcases your value and expertise.
I've perfected this process for years to create a seamless experience for my clients. When working together, you'll never have to wonder what happens next.
Step 1: Strategy & Planning
We’ll kick off your project with a 60-minute strategy session to establish the direction of your website. We’ll review your business goals, target audience and key messages and discuss the user journey of your website.
If you’re writing your own content, I’ll guide you through my signature framework for creating engaging website content that will get clients excited to buy your services. We’ll also gather any testimonials you need to include, and make a plan for visual assets like imagery and videos.
Step 2: Creative Direction
If you have existing branding, I’ll put together some Style Tiles to establish the creative direction of your website. Styles Tiles are a visual tool which include suggestions to expand your colour palette, font options and design elements. Think about it like an interior designer creating a mood board with paint swatches, textiles and finishes before designing a room.
If you've chosen Brand Design as an add-on service, we'll arrange a Brand Strategy session before creating your new brand.
Step 3: Website Design
I’ll start the design process with some layouts for each of your web pages to establish structure and flow. This is where we might refine and tweak some of your existing content.
Once the layouts are approved, I’ll create your homepage design mockup. When we’re happy with the direction of the site, I’ll create mockups for the rest of the pages.
Step 4: Website Development
I’ll create all fully functioning pages on a demo version of your site, and we’ll go through 2 rounds of revisions to make sure you are completely happy with your new digital home. Then we’ll go through your entire site together to ensure it’s working perfectly before launching.
Step 5: Training & Launch
Time to celebrate! Before launching your website, we’ll sit down together for a training session where I’ll show you how to make changes to your website and give you advice on how to best maintain it long-term. Then, it’s time to pop the champagne... because your website is ready to launch!

Can I change or customise your packages?
Absolutely! The purpose of the packages is to give people an idea of what pricing they can expect. Schedule a discovery call or submit an inquiry so we can figure out what you need.
I don’t have a logo or brand identity yet. Can you design it for me?
Of course! Get in touch and I can give you a quote for brand identity design.
What do I need to prepare before my project?
Once we have scheduled your project, I will guide you through exactly what I need from you and how to prepare.
You'll receive my website strategy questionnaire, with access to a shared Google Drive folder. Thos folder will be your go-to place for uploading all of the content and assets (text, pictures, videos...) for your website.
If you're teaming up with a copywriter, brand designer, or photographer, you'll be able to give them access to this folder too.
Will you write my website copy for me?
I can write it for you! Copywriting is available as an add-on service. After we have a chat, I can provide you with a quote.
Otherwise, you will get access to my Content Planning guide to help you write your website copy.
Will I be able to make edits to the website after it is launched?
Yes, absolutely. I don't believe in holding your website hostage so you will get full access to your website after launch. Each platform handles editing a bit differently, so we can talk about that before we pick the best platforms for your needs.
What platform do you use to build websites?
I can build websites in Webflow, Wordpress and Squarespace. I don't use platforms such as Wix or Weebly to build websites (but can migrate from those platforms.)
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely! I am based in Hong Kong and most of my clients are located in different countries. The interner knows no border :) I have systems in place to ensure smooth collaboration with international clients, from easy payment options to video-conferencing tools like Google Meet and Zoom for catch-ups. I'm also very mindful of time zones and always strive to find a time that works for both of us.
